My First Beach Experience (8 months)

We had a BALL playing in the sand...

You know what? I ate soo much sand, but the next day
when I went back there was even more!

This is the greatest!

Dad says the water's cold - he's such a sissie!

Yes Mom - I'll stop eating soon...

Now this is the life!!!

Bikini Beach, Gordon's Bay

My brother's really liked this beach... why?
because of the name of course "Bikini Beach"

Hey guys if you haven't noticed I'm stuck in here!

The question now is... don't you think my kiss was
worth MORE than a mere rescue?

Enough thinking, gotta get back to

Yip, I could definitely see myself as a
BEACH BABE!

Sick... I was soooo sick

I was soo sick that Mom & Dad took me to the only Doc in
Kleinmond and he diagnosed me with "Strep Throat"

What is Strep Throat?
Strep throat is an infection caused by the Streptococcus pyogenes
(strep) Group A bacteria.

I had sores in my mouth, down my throat - that I couldn't
eat or drink - it was soooo sore!
Then to crown it all - I cut my two top teeth as well.

Kyle tried to distract me when Mom was trying
to give my medicine - it didn't work!

Well I fell asleep (motion of the boat) &
landed in Dad's T-shirt cos the wind was a bit much...

Yip, there really were seals, even though I
didn't see them

I had my first taste of calamari - won't be my last

Fun in the Cape

Yip this is what we did for most of the holiday...

After bathtime we played cards, but you guessed it...
they wouldn't let me play along!

My brothers & sister got to go to Hermanus
to choose shades - did I get - NO!

Mom & I had a chance to chill...

This is Juleigah, she looked after Mom when
she was small - amazing that she survived!
